TAFE SA Adelaide College of the Arts in partnership with Flinders University offer four dual awards in the fields of Visual Arts, Dance, Fashion and Costume Design to provide students with both a TAFE SA and a Flinders University qualification within the time taken to study a single undergraduate degree. Students benefit from combining applied and theoretical knowledge with practical skills and access to the resources of both TAFE SA and Flinders University.
The Flinders University and TAFE SA dual awards include the Bachelor of Creative Arts (Fashion), Bachelor Creative Arts (Costume Design), Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Arts) and Bachelor of Creative Arts (Dance).
TAFE SA’s Adelaide College of the Arts is Australia’s only tertiary institution housing the study of performing arts, visual arts and design all in one building. Located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, the purpose built College is a thriving hub of creativity that brings dance, acting, film and television, design, CGI and visual effects, technical production and design and visual arts under one roof.
Students, who study at Adelaide College of the Arts, will be using purpose-built studios, theatres and workshops with industry-standard equipment. Our state-of-the-art facilities include fully equipped studios and workshop spaces, a printmaking workshop teaching lithography and letterpress, large commercial gallery space, a bronze foundry, a traditional and experimental theatre, sound studios and editing suites, specialised set construction, props and scenic art workshops.
