The programs in the School of Architecture and Built Environment at the University of Adelaide are unique given the multidisciplinary approach to learning and teaching that foregrounds the intersections between Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Planning, Urban Design, Property and Project Management. Students gain an understanding of the foundation of these professions, with many undertaking a double degree. The School is unusual in the way courses are organised around clusters of interrelated issues with design at the core. The teaching staff includes an inspiring range of design and practice scholars with international reputations and experience in research and professional practice. The learning environment provides graduates with the ability to combine critical thinking with creative action.
